Strengthening Women Founders’ Investment Readiness
We’re excited to share that Volition is once again partnering with SheBoot, a nationally recognized investment readiness program that equips women tech founders to access capital with confidence.
Since 2020, SheBoot has supported women founders in raising more than $40M in follow-on funding, with graduates securing $1.3M directly from SheBoot investors. Volition is proud to contribute to this momentum for the second year in a row.
Our Role in SheBoot 2025
This year, our team is delivering three cornerstone workshops, a roundtable, and personalized coaching to help founders refine their investor-ready stories:

Data Room Preparation (delivered by Nadia Ladak)
The Pitch Lab (delivered by Melanie Ewan)
3-Minute Pitch Roundtable (delivered by Camille Hunt)
In addition, all three of us — Melanie, Nadia, and Camille — are available for 1:1 coaching with founders throughout the program.
Building on a Strong Foundation
In 2024, Volition’s contributions helped SheBoot achieve record satisfaction scores, with founders building stronger confidence in their investor narrative, improved data room readiness, and more compelling pitch delivery. Our collaborative, research-backed approach was described by SheBoot’s program team as “authentic, hands-on, and transformative.”
Why This Matters
Access to capital remains one of the greatest challenges for women founders. Programs like SheBoot are changing that reality by pairing funding with the skills, tools, and confidence needed to secure it. And Volition’s contribution is about more than teaching pitch mechanics or data room basics; it’s about equipping founders to build authentic, strategic stories that highlight their credibility, momentum, and future vision.
